DATA RETENTION

We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of data, however, the longest we will normally hold any personal data is 10 years.

Account-related data remains relevant as long as the consumer is in possession of an account. Therefore, the data remains documented for as long as the account exists. When our customers remove an account, the related data will be deleted within a reasonable period. Newsletter consent and the associated data remains relevant as long as our customers are registered for the newsletter. Periodically (every month), however, we perform a relevance check. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept Visa and MasterCard for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide  to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Site at the time of your order.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Website Terms And Conditions.

REFUND POLICY

For all registered customers or members of our Grace Community, all products have a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be returned to receive a refund. Once the product is received a refund will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.  For all non registered customers there is a 15% restocking fee for all product returns.

During the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol). These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. 

We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide.

All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling.

 

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

 

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

In some countries, you may incur some extra shipping charges for end-point drop off, tax tariffs, and other charges. If purchasing from a country outside of the United States, we implore you to do your own research about these possible charges prior to making a purchase. You will not be reimbursed or refunded based on these extra charges
